Noting the PC game...
The 2011 season opens with Wofford playing a foe from the Division II days as the Terriers make the trip to PC.  The Terriers and Blue Hose haven't met on the gridiron since 2008.  In 2010 Wofford finished 10-3 overall and 7-1 in SoCon play reaching the FCS Quarterfinals.  PC, coming off a winless 2009, went 2-9 overall and 1-5 in Big South play.

Classes on the Wofford campus will not begin until Monday, but expect an energetic student group in Clinton as over 200 freshmen are expected to make the trip as part of new student orientation.

Making the road trip?  Tickets to the game are available through the Wofford Athletic Ticket office for $8.00.  Call 864-597-4090 to order.
