SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team hosted The Citadel on Saturday morning at the Taylor Center Rifle Range. The Bulldog men took first with a 4,512 followed by Wofford with 4,475 and The Citadel women with 4,228.
 
Dan Wesson led the Terriers with a score of 1,145 to take first place overall. He was tied for first in smallbore with 570 and was first in air rifle at 575. Scott Condo was fifth overall at 1,121 and was second in air rifle at 573. Marcus Stallings was sixth at 1,110 and Andrew Visconti was eighth at 1,093. Isabella Timmons (553) and Meredith Bean (566) fired air rifle only in the match.
 
Cameron Bates was the top finisher for the Bulldogs at 1,141.
 
The Terriers will return to action on February 23 at the NCAA Qualifier hosted by The Citadel. The Southern Conference Championship will be March 7 and 8 in Statesboro.
