SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team hosted the University of Alabama at Birmingham on Saturday morning at the Joe E. Taylor Center Rifle Range. The Blazers earned a 4570-4361 victory over the Terriers.
 
Wofford was led by freshman Garrett Dall with an aggregate score of 1,117 to finish sixth overall. He was the top finisher for Wofford with a career-best in small bore (559) and added a 558 in air rifle. Isabella Timmons led the team in air rifle with a 564 and had an aggregate of 1,111. Ansely-Brooke Springer had a 1,079 (523 small bore, 556 air), while Jessy Delgado had a 1,054 (501 small bore, 553 air). Charlie Yang had a career-best 521 shooting in air rifle only.
 
Amy Kohan of UAB had an aggregate of 1,146 take first place overall, as she was first in air rifle and third in small bore.
 
The Terriers will travel to Georgia Southern for a match on Sunday, November 6.
