STATESBORO, Ga. - The Wofford College rifle team competed in a pair of dual matches on Saturday at the Shooting Sports Education Center at Georgia Southern. The Eagles led the way with 4,715 points, followed by UAB with 4,559 points, and Wofford with 4,369 points.
 
Wofford was led by Oliver Guthrie with an aggregate score of 1,132 and 47 centers. Ansely-Brooke Springer had a 1,095, while Charlie Yang had a 1,071. Garett Dall also had a 1,071, which included a personal best of 575 in air rifle. Maeghan Springer had a score of 534 in air rifle only.
 
The Terriers will compete in the NCAA Qualifier next weekend, which will be hosted by The Citadel.
