CHARLESTON, S.C. – On Saturday, the Wofford College rifle team competed against The Citadel at the Inouye Marksmanship Center. The Bulldogs earned a 4,566 to 4,448 win over the Terriers.
 
Wofford was led by Ansely-Brooke Springer with an aggregate score of 1,139 that was third overall. She was second in the small bore at 560 and sixth in the air rifle at 579. Oliver Guthrie was fifth overall with an aggregate of 1,130 and led the team with 47 centers.
 
Charlie Yang had a career-best 554 in small bore and a 568 in air rifle for a career-best aggregate of 1,122. Garett Dall had an aggregate score of 1,097. Maeghan Springer had a career-best of 558 in air rifle only.
 
The match, which served as an NCAA Qualifier, marked the final contest of the season for the Terriers.
