2015: Started and appeared in 11 games… Led Terrier goalkeepers in wins with five… Held a winning record in goal, going 5-4-2 on the season… Logged a team-high 993 minutes at goalkeeper… Recorded a shutout in 3-0 win against Winthrop (8/30)... Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2014:  Started in all 13 games played ... Made 45 saves and faced 150 shots while logging 1,214:23 minutes in goal ... Allowed 21 goals with a 1.56 goals allowed average ... Logged three shutouts during the season, including 3-0 over Gardner-Webb (8/31), 2-0 vs. College of Charleston (9/27) and 2-0 at Furman (10/7)... Tied with teammate Joe Wichmann for fourth in the SoCon in shutouts ... Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2013:  Started in 15 of the 16 matches he played in as a freshman... Earned a spot on the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team for his performance in conference play... Finished with a 5-1 overall record in conference and only allowed six goals for a 0.99 goals against average, both categories ranked second in the Southern Conference... Made his first-career start against Gardner-Webb (8/30)... Earned his first-career shutout in a 2-0 win against North Florida (9/28).

HIGH SCHOOL:  Earned varsity letters in soccer and football as a freshman at Frisco Centennial High School and was selected All-District in soccer , before turning his attention to the USSF Development Academy program full time... Starting goalkeeper for the Andromeda FC USSF Development Academy team for the past four years...  Selected to the 2011 Disney Soccer Showcase All-Star Team... Traveled to England and trained with the Chelsea FC Academy...  Was  a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born September 19, 1994 in Dallas, Texas ... Son of Al and Cristi Closs... Majoring in environmental studies.
