Biography

2015-16: Appeared in 15 singles matches and 13 doubles matches during the season… Owned a 7-8 overall record in singles, playing 12 of her 15 singles matches in the #6 spot… Produced a 5-7 record from the #6 spot, but finished the year 2-1 in the #5 slot… Earned first win of the season, in the #5 spot over North Greenville… Defeated USC Upstate (6-0, 6-0) to earn her third win of the season (3/2)… Won the deciding match over UNC Asheville (2/27), winning the last two sets after dropping the first… Delivered first conference win, taking down Western Carolina (6-4, 6-2)… In doubles competition, she competed with Catherine Martin in all 13 matches, winning five of them from the #3 spot.

2014-15: Played two singles matches from the no. 6 position … Won both her matches, one by default and one in straight sets against North Carolina A&T (7-5, 6-4) … Competed in 17 doubles matches at the no. 3 spot … Teamed with Samantha Russell for 13 matches, going 8-5 overall and 4-2 in SoCon … Partnered with Lauren Reid for four doubles matches as well, going 1-3 overall and 0-1 in SoCon play … Named to the 2014-15 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2013-14: Competed in eight singles matches earning a 2-6 record with an 0-5 mark in conference play … Played primarily at the No. 6 spot with two games at No. 5 … Earned a 0-2 record at No. 5 while going 2-4 at No. 6  … Earned a 3-14 overall record in doubles with a 0-7 conference record … Played alongside Mareli Sanchez (2-2), Kalli Karas (1-9) and Emily Erickson (0-3) … Southern Conference Honor Roll Recipient.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterman at Mount Pisgah Christian School... A two-time Georgia state champion from 2011-2012 and three-time regional champion from 2010-2012... Finished her high school career with a 56-3 overall record... Earned Most Outstanding Player award as a freshman in 2010... Her USTA career-high rankings were 326 nationally and 56 in the southern region... Part of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, Honor Roll with distinction... Also a part of Future Business Leaders of America, Habitat for Humanity, and Prom Committee.

PERSONAL: Born December 5, 1994 in Atlanta Georgia... Daughter of Ty and Claire Carlson... Majoring in accounting.
