CAREER: Three Southern Conference indoor titles (pentathlon 2022, 2023; high jump 2022) and one outdoor title (heptathlon 2023) ... Named Southern Conference Indoor Most Outstanding Athlete twice (2021, 2023) and Most Outstanding Field Performer (2022) ... Five All-SoCon indoor and five All-SoCon outdoor honors.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Won the high jump at the Charlotte 49er Classic ... Was second in the heptathlon at the Tennessee Invite ... At the Southern Conference Championship won the heptathlon, was second in the high jump, sixth in the long jump, ninth in the javelin and was fifth in the 100-meter hurdle preliminaries.
2023 Indoor: Competed in six meets ... Won the high jump at the John Weaver Invitational ... Added a win in the pentathlon at the VMI Winter Relays ... At the Southern Conference Championship was first in the pentathlon with a school-record 3,795 points and was fourth in the 60-meter hurdles, fourth in the high jump and fifth in the long jump to earn Most Valuable Athlete honors.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Won the heptathlon at the Montreat Invitational ... Was fourth in the high jump at the South Florida Invitational ... At the Catamount Classic was first in the pole vault and fourth in the 100 meter hurdles ... At the Southern Conference Championship was second in the heptathlon, which included first places in three events ... Added a second place finish in the high jump and was 11th in the preliminaries of the 100 meter hurdles ... Was second in the high jump at the Lee University Last Chance meet with a school record of 1.67 meters.
2022 Indoor:  Competed in six meets ... Finished seventh in the pentathlon at the Samford Multis ... At the Southern Conference Championship won three of the five events in the pentathlon for a first place score of 3,673 ... Added a first place in the high jump and was eighth in the pole vault.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Won the heptathlon at the Montreat Invitational ... At High Point was second in the high jump and third in the 100 meter hurdles ... Finished tenth in the heptathlon at the Tobacco Road Challenge ... At the Southern Conference Championship was third in the heptathlon with 4,449 points and added a fourth place finish in the 100 meter hurdles, seventh place in the pole vault and ninth place in the high jump.
2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... Was second in the pentathlon at the Bob Pollock Invitational hosted by Clemson ... At the Southern Conference Championship, was named the Most Outstanding Athlete ... Finished second in the pentathlon with 3,561 points and was also second in the pole vault at 3.65 meters ... Added a seventh place finish in the finals of the 60 meter hurdles.
2020 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was fifth in the 60 meter hurdles, third in the pentathlon, ninth in the pole vault and 12th in the high jump ... Scored 3,381 points in the pentathlon to earn All-SoCon honors.
