TRACK AND FIELD
CAREER: Won Southern Conference Championship with the outdoor 4x100 relay (2022) ... Added All-Southern Conference honors with indoor 4x400 relay (2020, 2022), along with indoor long jump (2020, 2021, 2023), 200 meters (2020, 2021), and outdoor long jump (2023) ... Holds school records in the indoor and outdoor long jump, along with the indoor triple jump.  

2023 Outdoor: Competed in three meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was third in the long jump and 12th in the preliminaries of the 100 meters.
2023 Indoor: Competed in six meets ... Was third in the 200 meters at the VMI Winter Relays ... At the Southern Conference Championship was second in the long jump and seventh in the 60 meters.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Was sixth in the long jump at the Catamount Classic ... At the Southern Conference Championship was fourth in the 100 meters, fifth in the long jump and was a member of the SoCon Champion 4x100 relay ... Won the 4x100 relay at the Lee University Last Chance meet.
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was fifth in the long jump and was third in the 4x400 relay.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in two meets ... Won the long jump at High Point and added a fourth place finish in the 100 meters ... Ran the 200 and 4x100 relay at the Gamecock Invitational.
2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... Was third in the 400 meters at the VMI Team Challenge ... At the Southern Conference Championship was third in the 200 meters, second in the long jump and seventh in the 60 meters ... Also member of 4x400 relay that was fourth.
2020 Indoor: Competed in six meets .. Won the 55 meters in a school-record time of 7.16 at the Appalachian Open ... Set school record in the long jump and triple jump at the ETSU Invitational ... At the Southern Conference Championship was second in the 200 meters at 24.50, third in the long jump, fourth in the 60 meters, ninth in the triple jump and took third place in the 4x400 relay.
