2018: Started in all 17 games played... Finished second on the team in points (6) and minutes played (1,550)... Recorded three goals... Played a season-high 110 minutes in 2-1 win against UNCG (10/9)... Tallied goals against UNCG (10/9), Mercer (10/13), and Belmont (10/20)... Played 90+ minutes in 14 games... Named First Team All-SoCon... Finished Wofford career with 10 goals and one assist... Ranked eighth all-time in games played (73)... Signed with Charleston Battery of the USL. 

2017: Played in all 19 games while making 17 starts … Logged 1418 minutes on the back line and recorded five shots on the season … Played 90+ minutes on nine different occasions during the season.

2016: Started in all 19 of the Terriers games … Second on the team with six goals scored and finished second on the team with 13 points on the season … Scored the game-winning goal to beat Gardner-Webb at home (9/2) … Nelson was named to the Southern Conference Second Team. 

2015: One of only two players that started in every game in the 2015 season … Made his debut as a starter against Gardner Webb (8/28) … His first career goal against USC Upstate (9/12) tied the game late in the second half.

HIGH SCHOOL: Letter-winner for Cedar Ridge ... Led his team to a 5A Regional appearance after the team won their district and area championships following an 18-6 performance in the regular season ... Played club ball with the Lonestar USSDA team.
