Biography

2015: Second Terrier ever named to the Mac Hermann Trophy Preseason Watch list in 2015... Started 17 of 18 games… Tied for the team lead with six goals and finished second on the team with 13 points on the season… Named second team all-SoCon… Tallied only assist of the season in 3-0 season opening win over Gardner-Webb (8/28)… Notched two of the Terriers’ three goals against Winthrop (8/30)… Scored the game tying goal in the 85th minute in 2-2 tie against Davidson (9/4)… Scored game-tying penalty kick goal in 3-2 Wofford win over ETSU (9/29)… In the second matchup against ETSU (10/20) Aurednik scored twice... Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2014: Named to the All-Southern Conference First Team and to the NSCAA All-South Team...  Started in all 17 games played ... Led team in total goals (10) and came second in total points (20) ... Ranked No. 17 in the nation in goals per game with 0.59... Tied with Nestor Jaramillo for most game-winning goals with three (vs. College of Charleston, ETSU and Furman)... Finished sophomore season tied for third in SoCon active leaders in goals scored with 15 ... Earned SoCon Player of the Week for Sept. 28 after scoring two goals vs. College of Charleston  ... Scored both goals in Wofford’s 2-0 victory over Furman (10/7) ... Also notched two goals in a victory over ETSU (9/30) and in a loss against UNC Charlotte (9/15) ... Contributed one of three goals in season-opening victory versus Gardner-Webb (8/30) ... Twice named College Sports Madness Player of the Week (9/23, 9/30).

2013: Named to the All-Southern Conference Second Team and the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team for his achievements in his first year with the Terriers... Started in 11 of 18 games that he played in during the season... Finished third on the team in goals with five, and tallied four assists for a total of 14 points... Wofford’s offense was ranked third in NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer scoring 2.21 goals per game... Finished first in points (11) and goals (5) for SoCon-Only statistics... Scored his first career goal against Davidson (9/21)... Scored three game-winning goals on the season each coming in wins against SoCon opponents Davidson (9/21), Georgia Southern (10/5), and UNCG (10/19)...  Scored his most important goal of the season in the SoCon regular season finale against Furman (11/2) helping the Terriers win and clinch the Southern Conference Regular Season title... Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Home-schooled throughout his high school career... Member of the South Carolina United FC ’94 premier team for three years... Served as team captain, leading them to back-to-back SCYSA State Championships in 2011 and 2012... Played for the SCUFC Battery USSF Development team... Was a member of the SCYSA ’95 ODP team... Selected to the 2011 USYSA Region III ODP team... Represented USYSA Region III in an international tournament in Mexico... In the summer of 2012, he played PDL for the Palmetto Bantams.

PERSONAL: Born May 28, 1995 in Columbia, South Carolina ... Son of Mitchell and Jennifer Aurednik ... Grandfather,  Jim Conrad, played football at the University of Kentucky (1961-64)... Hiked 225 miles of the Appalachian Trail in January 2015 as part of interim ... Majoring in environmental studies.
