CAREER: Played in 77 career singles matches with a 24-53 record primarily at the #1, #2 and #3 positions ... Was 26-34 in doubles, primarily at the #3 position.

2023-24: Saw action in all 19 matches ... Was 6-12 in singles and tied for the team high in doubles wins with a 10-6 record ... At #2 singles was 4-8 overall which included a win over the College of Charleston (2/25) ... Played two matches at #1 singles ... At #3 singles, was 2-2 with a win over Chattanooga (3/29) and a win in the SoCon Tournament over Furman (4/18) ... In doubles, posted a 10-5 record with Ian Rasheed as they were 9-5 at the #3 position with key wins over UNC Asheville (2/8), South Carolina State (2/24), the College of Charleston (2/25), The Citadel (3/2), Mercer (3/17), UNCG (3/19) and East Tennessee State (3/24) ... The duo also earned a win over Converse (2/9) at the #2 position ... Also played one match at #2 doubles with Alex Horn ... Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.  

2022-23: Played in all 21 matches at #1 singles and posted a 6-15 record ... Had an 8-11 record in doubles, with all matches at the #3 position ... Singles play was highlighted by wins against Campbell (3/7), UNC Greensboro (3/24) and Mercer (4/11) ... In doubles was 6-6 with Robbie Young, which included wins over Georgia Tech (1/22), Gardner-Webb (2/13) and UNC Asheville (2/23) ... With Max Graham was 2-5 with Southern Conference wins over The Citadel (3/17) and Samford (3/26).

2021-22: Competed at #1 singles in every match with a 7-14 record ... In doubles was 7-13 overall ... In singles, posted SoCon wins over Chattanooga (3/18) and The Citadel (4/10) ... Singles action was also highlighted by wins at Gardner-Webb (1/26) and against College of Charleston (2/26) ... During doubles play was 3-4 in SoCon matches, with wins at the #3 position over Mercer (3/13) with Robert Young and UNC Greensboro (3/25) and The Citadel (4/10)  at the #3 position with Alex Horn ... Overall was 5-9 with Alex Horn, 1-3 with Will Fullett and 1-1 with Robert Young ...Named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21: Played in all 17 matches ... Named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team ... Was 5-12 in singles and 7-10 in doubles ... In singles was 1-2 at the #2 position with a win over Gardner-Webb (2/16) and 4-10 at the #3 position with key victories over The Citadel (2/27), College of Charleston (4/10) and Coastal Carolina (4/13) ...  Played #3 doubles with Will Fullett and had a five match winning streak during the season ... Key doubles wins were against The Citadel (2/27) and Furman (4/15).

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Spartanburg High School, winning multiple state and national team championships ... A five star recruit, he was ranked as high as #2 in South Carolina and #5 in the south region in his age group ... Competed in events such as the National Clay Court Championships and USTA National Indoor Championships ... Received the 2015 South Carolina Tennis Association Sportsmanship Award.

PERSONAL: Son of Rod and Merritt Ray ... Majoring in finance ... Father, Rod, played tennis at East Tennessee State and is the head coach at Wofford ... His brother, Cole, ran cross country at Gardner-Webb.
