HIGH SCHOOL: Threw the shot put and discus for the track team at Rocky Mountain High School, finishing sixth in the state in the shot put his junior season ... Track team won the 2016 state championship ... Served as team captain for both football and track ... A four-year letterman on the offensive line at Rocky Mountain High School for coach Scott Criner ... As a junior the team was 11-1 overall and won the state championship ... In his senior and sophomore seasons the team was 9-3 overall and finished third in the state ... Member of the National Honor Society.
