2021 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Took first place in the 4x400 relay at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational and in the 4x100 relay at High Point ... At the Southern Conference Championship was sixth in the 200 meters and sixth in the 400 meters, adding a school record as a member of the 4x100 relay that finished second ... At the Montreat Last Chance meet the 4x400 relay was first.
2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... Member of 4x400 relay that was first at the VMI Team Challenge ... At the Southern Conference Championship was seventh in the finals of the 200 meters and a member of the 4x400 relay that was second to earn All-SoCon honors ... Also was 10th in the preliminaries of the 400 meters.
2020 Indoor: Ran in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was 15th in the 200 meter and 16th in the 400 meter preliminaries.
2019 Indoor: Ran in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was 12th in the 200 meters and 11th in the 400 meter preliminaries, along with a fifth place finish in the 4x400 relay that set a school record.
2019 Outdoor: Ran in four meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was 13th in the preliminaries of the 200 meters and 16th in the 400 meters ... Set a school record on the 4x100 relay team that was fourth and also was sixth in the 4x400 relay.
2018 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... At the Thundering Herd Invitational had personal bests in the 60 meters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Letterman in indoor and outdoor track and field at Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut ... As a senior in outdoor, was fourth in the state in the 100 meters and third in the state in the 200 meters ... Earned first team all-region honors twice ... The team won two region titles and two state championships for head coach Laddie Lawrence.
