CAREER: Earned eight All-Southern Conference honors … Three SoCon All-Freshman Team honors … Southern Conference Outdoor Champion in 2023 as a member of the 4x100 relay team.
 
TRACK AND FIELD
2026 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Took first place in the 400 meters at the Catamount Classic … At the Southern Conference Championship set a school record in the 400 meters with a second place finish in the 400 meters at 46.58 and was on the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay teams that both finished third.
2026 Indoor: Competed in six meets … Was first in the 400 meters at the Tryon Winter Classic … At the Samford Bulldog Invite was first in the 200 meters and 400 meters … At the Southern Conference Championship was third in the 200 meters, second in the 400 meters, and third with the 4x400 meter relay team.
2025 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … At the Southern Conference Championship was second in the 400 meters in a school record time of 47.89 … Member of the 4x100 relay team that took first place in a school record time of 40.98 and added a fourth place in the 4x400 relay.
2025 Indoor: Competed in six meets … Was first in the 400 meters at the VMI Winter Classic … At the Southern Conference Championship was fourth in the 400 meters and was on the 4x400 relay team that was fourth.
2024 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … At the Southern Conference Championship was fourth in the finals of the 400 meters and added a third place in the 4x100 relay and fourth place in the 4x400 relay.
2024 Indoor: Competed in six meets … Was second in the 200 meters at the Mondo College Invitational and second in the 400 meters at the VMI Winter Classic … At the Southern Conference Championship was sixth in the finals of the 200 meters, sixth in the finals of the 400 meters and second in the 4x400 meter relay.
2023 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2023 Indoor: Competed in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship was seventh in the heptathlon with 4,160 points, eleventh in the high jump, tenth in the preliminaries of the 60-meter hurdles, and was a member of the 4x400 relay that was fifth overall ... Was third in the heptathlon at the VMI Winter Relays ... Took first place in the 400 meters at the Marshall Invitational.
