2025: Played 27 games with four stolen bases and 13 runs scored... Made her debut appearance against Youngstown State (2/8), scoring one with one stolen base... Had her first career at-bat at Bethune-Cookman (2/14)... Scored five runs in five games played between (Feb. 28 and March 24... Scored a run against Chattanooga (4/18).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned five letters at Wren High School … During her senior season in 2023 was named to All-Region Team while leading Wren to an undefeated district championship and a first-place finish in region 2-AAA... In 2022, was named to the All-Region 1-AAA Team and finished second in region 1-AAA...In 2019, she earned Rookie of the Year... Prior to high school, Maize also played in the 12u USA All-American games in Oklahoma City... Finishing Top 20 in USA Nationals 16u and Top 3 in Virginia USA Nationals 16u.... Member of the National Honors Society, Spanish Honors Society, and National Beta club. 
 
PERSONAL: Birthday is November 3 … Daughter of Wayne and Heather Gatlin … Majoring in biology.
