HIGH SCHOOL: Attended University Christian High School … Competed in the 4x400 relay, 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 meters … Conference Runner of the Year in 2024 and 2025 … Team MVP for track in 2024 and 2025 and cross country in 2023, 2024, and 2025 … Track Newcomer of the Year 2023 … In 2025 won the AA state championship in the indoor 1,600 meters … Holds the school record in the 4x400 relay and the Catawba County record in the mile … Also played basketball and was on the swim team … Member of the National Honor Society and student council.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Scott and Elizabeth Sledge … Uncle, Chad Grier, played football at East Carolina … Cousin, Will Grier, played football at Florida and West Virginia … Planning to major in biology.
