2019 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... Won the 55m hurdles at the Appalachian Open and the 60 meter hurdles at the JDL College Meet Madness ... At the Southern Conference Championship, was sixth in the 60 meters, fifth in the 200 meters and won the 60 meter hurdles in 8.54.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship, won the heptathlon with a school record 5,005 points and added a first place finish in the 100 meter hurdles in 13.68, also a school record ... Earned fourth place finishes in the 4x100 relay and the 4x400 relay ... Won the heptathlon at the adidas Winthrop Invitational.
2018 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... In the pentathlon at the Southern Conference Championships, was second overall with a school-record 3,532 points ... Also was third in the 60 meter hurdles to set a new school record ... Added school records in the 55 meters and 55 meter hurdles at the Mountaineer Indoor Meet.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championships, finished second overall in the heptathlon with 4,966 points to set a school record ... Also was fourth in the 100 meter hurdles ... Set a school record in the 100 meter hurdles at the USC Open.
2017 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship, was second in the pentathlon with 3,435 to set a new school record ... Member of 4x400 relay that was fourth at the conference meet and broke the school record ... Added a school record in the 60 meter hurdles at 8.83.
2017 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ...  Finished second in the heptathlon at the Southern Conference Championships with 4,772 points ... Added a then-school record in the 60 meter hurdles at 14.42 ... Was on the 4x100 relay team that set a school record and was fourth overall.
2016 Indoor:  Competed in six meets ... Set a school record in the 60 meters at the Samford Open ... Added a school record in the 55 meter hurdles at the Appalachian Open ... At the Southern Conference Championships, finished fifth in the pentathlon with 3,130 points ... Also finished fourth as a member of the 4x400 relay team that set  a school record.
2016 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship, finished fourth in the heptathlon with 4,393 points to set a school record, along with records in the 200 and 100 meter hurdles ... Member of the 4x100 relay that was third and 4x400 relay that took fourth place in a school-record time ... Set a school record as a member of the 4x100 relay team at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic and had a school record in the 100 meters at the meet.
