Caroline Wise joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff in the fall of 2025. Wise was a team captain of the women’s lacrosse team at Ithaca College, where she holds the school record for career draw controls.
While at Ithaca, the team reached the NCAA Tournament in 2022 and 2024. She was twice named an IWLCA All-American, along with being a US Lacrosse Magazine All-American three times. Wise added CSC Academic All-America accolades.
As a senior, she started in 18 games with 178 draw controls, 33 goals, 35 assists, and 68 points. She was named Liberty League Defensive Performer of the Week twice was honored as the Iris Carnell Senior Female Athlete of the Year. Wise started 20 games as a junior with 192 draw controls, 43 goals and 22 assists.
During her sophomore season, Wise set the school record for draw control wins with 203 and led the nation in draw controls and draws per game. She played her freshman season at UMass, where the team won the A10 title.
Wise, a native of Delmar, N.Y., graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in biochemistry with a neuroscience minor. She was team captain at Bethlehem Central High School.
