Elizabeth Rabb is in her 24th year as a member of the Wofford athletic department. In August of 2019 she was named deputy athletic director. Her responsibilities include covering the areas of compliance and all internal operations of the department. She took on the role of senior woman administrator in September of 2015. Prior to moving to deputy athletic director, she served as associate athletic director for compliance and also provided oversight for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
In addition, she is the sport supervisor for men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, women’s lacrosse and men’s and women’s golf. In July of 2011, she ended a three-year term as a member of the NCAA’s Administration Cabinet and is currently serving on the NCAA Division I Council along with the NCAA Nominating Committee. Rabb also served a term on the NCAA’s Olympic Sports Liaison Committee. She has added experience as Wofford’s ticket manager and cheerleading coach during her tenure at Wofford.Â

A native of Johnson City, Tenn., Rabb earned a B.A. degree in history from Wofford in 2001. She earned her master’s degree from Converse College in December 2007. While an undergraduate, she worked as a student assistant in the athletic department and was a member of both the cheerleading and dance squads. Rabb also worked as an intern at East Tennessee State and the Southern Conference office.

Rabb and her husband, Marc, have a daughter, Ella.
