Olivia was a member of the Wofford Cheerleading team for 4 years and graduated cum laude in May 2023, with a B.S. in biology. She grew up in Inman, just a short distance from Spartanburg and has been cheering competitively and on the sidelines since the 5th grade. Olivia competitively cheered for Spartanburg Christian Academy in the 6th grade and at Chapman High School, 10th-12th grade. Her senior year at Chapman, Olivia was one of two captains. The team placed third at State and won Region Champs for the first time in history. Olivia is currently working as a Research Lab Assistant, specializing in Biochemical and Molecular Biology at VCOM, SC, and is planning on attending medical school in the future. As Wofford Cheerleading continues to play a transformative role in Olivia’s life, she hopes she can inspire the team to pursue their goals, on and off the sidelines."
