Joel Antley is entering his fourth season on the staff and third as director of football operations. In his role, he manages the day-to-day operations for the program. He plans and coordinates team travel, organizes official visits and is a liaison with the compliance office on recruiting. In addition, he is responsible for management of recruiting software, social media posts for recruiting, and coordination of the annual coaches clinic. His first season at Wofford was as director of on-campus recruiting.
He is a 2015 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in business management. While at Clemson, he worked for one season as a recruiting assistant.
