JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Wofford College men’s basketball team arrived in Jacksonville on Wednesday night and took to the floor at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on Thursday afternoon. The Terriers will face Wisconsin on Friday, March 19, at approximately 2:50 p.m.

Following a thirty-minute period of interviews with media, the Terriers practiced for the NCAA-allowed 40 minutes. The team took part in a second closed practice later in the day at another location.

“We're thrilled to be here, needless to say,” said head coach Mike Young. “Beyond that, we've got a darned good basketball team. They've been consistent for quite some time in a great league, the Southern Conference. We're excited to be here to represent our great college and our really fond league in a class fashion, and we'll do everything we can to give ourselves a chance to win.”
