Wells Fargo and Wofford College Athletics expanded its partnership on Wednesday, April 20 as Wells Fargo unveiled the new Wofford Terrier Wells Fargo Debit Card. Wofford becomes just the second college or university in South Carolina with a custom design debit card in the Wells Fargo family. The card design was introduced to fans at the Wofford-Winthrop baseball game at Russell C. King Field and is available for alumni, fans and friends of the college now! Simply visit your nearest Wells Fargo store or log onto Wells Fargo Online (www.wellsfargo.com), click the tab for "Banking" on the Personal page then proceed the page for debit and prepaid cards.  Once on the page a link is visible for "How do I design my debit card" located on the right hand side of the page. From there, follow the steps to turn your Wells Fargo bank card black and gold!
Also, at Wednesday's baseball game, Wells Fargo presented a pair of Wofford juniors, Ellie Varn and Britt Shisler, with $1,000 awards each for their participation in the Wofford Rewards program. This free app – search "Wofford Rewards" in the App store or Google Play - is available to all fans. Varn and Shisler were one of four atop the Rewards App leaderboard to participate in a halftime promotion at the final home men's basketball game in February. As winners in the halftime contest, they each claim a $1,000 prize! Checks were presented to each during tonight's game.  The Wofford Rewards app is still active and available for fans to accrue points for many Wofford logo items including hats, mugs, shirts and more. Look for an completely new set of incentives and awards to be featured in the Wofford Rewards program presented by Wells Fargo during the 2016-17 Wofford sports season.
