NCAA FCS SELECTION SHOW: With the win over VMI on Saturday, Wofford posted a 7-1 record in conference play. This secured a share of the Southern Conference Championship and the automatic bid to the NCAA FCS Playoffs. Furman can still claim a share of the title with a win over Samford on November 18, but the Terriers 24-23 victory over the Paladins in the season opener is the tiebreaker for the automatic bid. Wofford won the title for the fifth time (2003, 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2017). The Terriers will gather on Sunday, November 19 at Richardson Indoor Stadium to watch the selection show. Doors open at 10:30 am for the 11:00 am telecast on ESPNU and the public is invited.
