THE MATCHUP:  Wofford will travel to The Citadel on Saturday at noon in the final regular season game of the season ... Wofford enters the game with a 7-3 overall record and a 6-1 record in the Southern Conference after a 24-7 home win over Furman on Saturday to clinch a share of the league title ... With a win, Wofford could claim the SoCon title outright ... The Citadel is 6-5 on the season and 4-3 in the league after a 33-32 loss at Chattanooga on Saturday ... Last season in Spartanburg the teams played in the season opener and the Terriers won 28-21 after a defensive stand in the final seconds ... Wofford is returning to the FCS Playoffs after reaching the second round last season with a 9-4 overall record and a 6-2 mark as Southern Conference Champions ... Wofford is ranked 14th in the STATS FCS poll and 17th in the FCS Coaches poll, while The Citadel is receiving votes in the STATS FCS poll.
