SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Students are returning to campus this week for the first time in over five months and our student-athletes and coaches are preparing for their most unusual seasons to date. With the postponement of fall sports competitions and the cancellation of in-person homecoming activities, the Terrier Club feels there is no group of intercollegiate athletes more deserving of our support, and it is our hope that you will too!
We are excited to announce the first virtual Terrier Ball Auction and Fund-A-Need event in Wofford's history! The virtual event will take place from October 12th – October 23rd. By making the most of the mobile bidding platform our Terrier Ball guests have become familiar with in years past, we are confident we can provide another stellar event with a virtual twist. While the purpose of this event is to raise scholarship dollars for our student-athletes, this year especially, we want to emphasize their perseverance during this uncertain time.
If you have helped in the past, we would like to ask you to again consider helping us obtain some items for this year's event. We are looking for diversity in the items we auction, so anything that you think might appeal to Wofford alumni, friends, and parents would be appreciated. Here is an
online auction form.
