The game scheduled for March 6 against East Tennessee State was postponed due to the Terriers falling below the SoCon guidelines for available players at a position group ... Wofford was 8-4 overall and 7-1 in the Southern Conference last season ... With the graduation of 2019 SoCon Player of the Year Joe Newman, the Terrier will be looking for a new starter at quarterback ...  Jimmy Weirick and Peyton Derrick both played in three games last season with Weirick starting both games so far ... Jacquez Allen is the leading returning rusher with 52 carries for 528 yards and four touchdowns, while Nathan Walker had 81 carries for 460 yards and five touchdowns ... The top two receivers from last season return, as D'mauriae VanCleave had 23 catches for 362 yards and three touchdowns, while T.J. Luther has added 19 catches for 447 yards and three touchdowns ... The offensive line is replacing all five starters from last season ... Linebackers Joe Beckett and John Beckley are the top two returning tacklers with 50 and 46 tackles, respectively ...
