"The Camels played tough," said head coach Rod Ray. "We had a darn close match with a strong team and I'm proud of our team. I'm disappointed with the loss, but thrilled with the spirit we demonstrated. Doubles couldn't have been closer and five singles matches went the distance. I'd also like to thank the Wofford community for coming out. We had a fantastic team of fans and the environment couldn't have been better."

Wofford (4-8) will have road matches at Davidson and North Carolina on Saturday and Sunday. They will begin SoCon play on Tuesday, March 14 against East Tennessee State at the Reeves Tennis Center.
