CHARLESTON, S.C. – On Saturday and Sunday, the Wofford women's tennis team competed at the CSU Invitational. The Terriers played singles and doubles matches against Jacksonville State, Charleston Southern, and the College of Charleston.
 
Due to weather, the tournament was delayed one day and started on Saturday with matches at Charleston Southern. Sunday matches were held at Patriots Point and hosted by the College of Charleston.  
 
Overall, Wofford had twelve singles wins and four doubles victories during the weekend. The Terriers swept all seven singles matches against Jacksonville State.
 
"The girls competed very hard this weekend, showing grit and determination," said head coach Krissy Hall. "We made great improvement from our previous tournament and look forward to building on that."
 
Wofford will host the Big Southern Shootout from October 4-6 at the Reeves Tennis Center.
