SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Southern Conference announced the 2025 football postseason awards on Wednesday, November 26. Selections include the coaches' All-Conference teams, specialty award winners, and the league's All-Freshman team.
Defensive lineman
Brandon Maina and safety
Maximus Pulley earned spots on the All-Southern Conference first team. Four Terriers were named All-Southern Conference second team, including running back

Quincy Hughes, defensive back
Eli Campbell and defensive back Darius Malcom Jr. The Terriers had three players named to the All-Freshman team: defensive back Darius Malcom Jr., linebacker
Wyatt Ward, and punter
Cavan Craig.
Campbell, a junior from Sanford, Florida, started all twelve games in the secondary. He was fourth on the team in total tackles with 67. He had four interceptions, which ranked second in the Southern Conference and 22
nd in the nation. Against Samford, he returned an interception 42 yards for a touchdown. He also had five pass break-ups and forced a fumble during the season.
Craig, a second-year freshman from Charleston, S.C., played in nine games and punted 46 times with a 41.6-yard average per punt. He had 15 punts land inside the 20 and had seven punts over 50 yards, including a long of 68 yards.
Jackson-Anderson, a junior from Flint, Michigan, played in all twelve games with nine starts at running back. He led the team in rushing with 132 carries for 677 yards and two touchdowns. He added 15 catches for 166 yards and a touchdown. Among SoCon leaders, he was fifth in rushing yards and third in yards per carry (5.1).
Hughes, a fifth-year senior from Cincinnati, Ohio, started all twelve games at left tackle. For his career, he started 38 games on the offensive line.
Maina, a fifth-year senior from Hiram, Georgia, started ten games on the defensive line with 57 tackles. He had 15 tackles for loss and 11 sacks. The eleven sacks rank fifth in school history in a single season. Among the national leaders, Maina is fourth in sacks (1.10 per game) and sixth in tackles for loss (1.50 per game). He also had a fumble recovery and two safeties. He was previously named to the All-Southern Conference second team in 2023 and the All-Freshman Team in 2021.
Malcolm, a second-year freshman from Atlanta, Georgia, was third on the team in total tackles with 76. He had 13 pass break-ups and 4.0 tackles for loss. Among SoCon leaders, he is 16th in total tackles and first in pass break-ups. He is also ranked 15
th in the nation in pass break-ups.
Pulley, a fifth-year senior from Fort Worth, Texas, started eleven games in the secondary for the Terriers this season and was second on the team in tackles with 85. His five interceptions led the Southern Conference and are the second-most in the nation. He returned two interceptions for touchdowns, which is tied for the most in the nation.
Ward, a freshman from Greenville, S.C., played in eleven games and made three starts at linebacker. He was sixth on the team with 55 tackles, including 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. He added two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
The coaches, who could not vote for their own players or themselves, selected all-conference first and second teams and all-freshman teams on offense, defense and special teams. Due to a tie in the voting, there was one additional wide receiver, offensive lineman and defensive back on the second team.
