This month has been a busy one on campus, with all of our fall sports in competition. Men's soccer and volleyball are currently in first place in the SoCon standings. Football has won three straight games, including a victory at Furman. Women's soccer has had multiple SoCon Players of the Week. Southern Conference championships begin this week with cross country, while soccer and volleyball start in the upcoming weeks. After a successful exhibition men's basketball game against Virginia Tech, both the men and women will start their regular season next week against Power 4 opponents.
MEN'S BASKETBALL VS. VIRGINIA TECH
We were very excited to have Mike Young and his Virginia Tech team on campus on October 16 for an exhibition game. Nearly 3,000 fans joined us at Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium for the very competitive game. Be sure to watch the pregame video, which recognized Mike and his contributions to Wofford

FALL SPORTS UPDATE
The men's soccer team is currently first in the SoCon standings with a 3-0-2 mark in league play. Wofford closes out the regular season on Saturday night against Furman. The game will decide the SoCon regular season champion, as with a win or a tie, the Terriers can lift the trophy. The SoCon Tournament will begin for Wofford either on Thursday, Nov. 5, or Sunday, Nov. 8, depending on seeding.
Volleyball swept The Citadel last weekend and added a road win at Western Carolina on Tuesday. They are 10-2 in league play, putting them in first place. The final six regular season games will be held at home, so we hope to see you at Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium!
Cross country will compete in the 2026 Southern Conference Championship on Saturday, Oct. 31, in Mill Spring, N.C.
The women's soccer team will close out the regular season on the road on Sunday at UNCG. The Terriers will begin the Southern Conference Tournament in the first round on Friday, Nov. 6. The team has been a hit on social media, with the latest post being a friendly competition with the football team.
