PERSONAL: Son of Chuck and Monique Smith ... Majoring in sociology and anthropology ... Father played defensive end at the University of Tennessee and was a second round draft pick by the Atlanta Falcons in 1992 ... He played eight seasons for the Falcons (1992-1999) and one with the Carolina Panthers (2000) and is currently the outside linebackers coach for the Baltimore Ravens.
