Came out of spring ball as a projected starter at corner . . . Is one of Wofford’s most explosive players . . . Has all-conference potential . . . 2006: Played in nine games, three as a starter, as a sophomore . . . Was the opening night starter at corner against South Carolina State (Sept. 2) before suffering a shoulder injury that kept him out of the next two games . . . Finished seventh on the team and third among defensive backs with 44 tackles . . . Led the team with six pass breakups . . . Made a season-high 11 tackles against Gardner-Webb (Nov. 18) . . . Also had nine stops including six solos at Appalachian State (Oct. 14) . . . Was 31st in the SoCon in total tackles and eighth in passes defended with six breakups and one interception . . . 2005: Named team Defensive Player of the Game against Appalachian State (Oct. 22) as he returned a pair of kickoffs for 50 yards including a 29-yarder and broke up one pass . . . Had a career-long 76-yard kickoff return against Gardner-Webb (Nov. 19) that led to an Anthony Dinardo touchdown and a 41-7 Terrier lead . . . Made nine tackles on defense including a career-best five against G-W . . . Also had three stops at West Virginia (Sept. 10) . . . High School: Graduated from Christ School in 2005 . . . Received Conference Player of the Year and North Carolina Offensive Player of the Year honors . . . An all-state selection on both offense and defense . . . Totaled 2,103 yards of offense while recording 108 tackles his senior year . . . Played quarterback in addition to being a return specialist . . .
