Noting UVA-Wise game...
Wofford steps out of the conference play for the final time this regular season as they play host to the University of Virginia's College at Wise...or UVA-Wise for short. The Highland Cavaliers are a member of the NAIA Mid-South Conference.

Wofford comes into the contest clicking on all cylinders as they trampled The Citadel this past weekend 43-14 in what would probably be noted as the team's best all around performance this season.  The Terriers are the highest ranked FCS school in the latest Sagarin power rankings at #60, just ahead of Iowa State and Vanderbilt and one slot behind Wake Forest.

For their part, UVA-Wise enters the contest at 4-2, already an improvement over last year's 3-8 campaign. However, they are coming off a loss to Kentucky Christian last Saturday and so far this season the Highland Cavs are allowing 197 yards rushing per game.  They defeated Emory & Henry on a  last second punt return for a touchdown, a highlight that has made the rounds on YouTube and even landed them on ESPN several weeks ago.
