Elena Kluener joined the Wofford staff in the summer of 2023. She works with women’s soccer and softball. She previously completed an athletic training internship at Creighton University, where she primarily worked with women’s soccer, women’s tennis and the men’s and womens golf teams.
A 2021 graduate of Xavier University with a degree in exercise science, she earned a master of science in athletic training from Xavier in 2022. Kluener has additional experience with the FC Cincinnati Academy and the Xavier men’s and women’s soccer teams, along with at Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
She is a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
