2025: Made nine appearances with two starts… Recorded a 1-1 record with a 7.07 ERA… Struck out 12 over 14.0 innings… Debuted against UNC Asheville (2/25) with 2.1 scoreless relief innings, allowing only one hit and one walk with three strikeouts… Tossed 2.0 scoreless and hitless frames against Le Moyne (2/28) with a pair of punchouts… Gave up just one run in 3.1 relief innings at No. 23 Kentucky (3/9), surrendering only one hit and one walk… Pitched a scoreless relief frame at Western Carolina (4/18) … Made first start at High Point (4/27) in game two of a doubleheader, pitching 2.0 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time first-team all-region member and has thrice played in the All-State Game... In both 2021 and 2022, his Cardinal Newman teammates voted him to receive the school's Cy Young Award... On the bump, he boasted a 2.03 ERA with nine wins and a pair of saves with 131 punchouts... At the dish, Laughlin touted a .358 batting average with 76 hits, five homers and 61 runs knocked in.
