Member of the 2024 Southern Conference Tournament championship team that earned the program’s first-ever NCAA Tournament win in the Chapel Hill Regional.

2024: Played seven games… Recorded a .500 average with three hits in six at-bats… Totaled one RBI, two runs, one steal and two hit-by-pitch… Debuted as a pinch-hitter against Towson, getting hit by a pitch… Against FDU (2/24), tallied a pinch-hit single for first-career hit, ultimately swiping a base and scoring… Was hit by a pitch against Lafayette (3/10) with the bases loaded to tally an RBI and also scored a run… Notched a hit at Charleston Southern (4/2) and against Presbyterian (4/16) … Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Aided his Hilliard Bradley squad to a pair of sectional finals with an OPS over .800 in each campaign... Was a 2022 OCC Special Mention honoree and the 2022 MVP of his team with 20 RBI and three home runs... A National Society of High School Scholars member, Hanson was Summa Cum Laude and has done community service with the Mid Ohio Food Bank.

PERSONAL: Birthday is January 16... Son of Greg and Tracey Hanson... Undecided on a major.
