HIGH SCHOOL: Twice earned a gold glove award while finishing in the final four in the conference with his North Raleigh Christian Academy team... As a freshman, he led in triples before leading in doubles, hits and steals the following season… With a GPA over 5.0, Chitla ranked first in his class academically while also assisting in the community with food trucks and the Miracle League.
