2006: Tabbed the Oct. 31 Southern Conference Player of the Week ... earned the honor after scoring goals in the final two regular-season games against Georgia Southern (10/27) and versus Appalachian State (10/29) ... paced the squad with seven goals and 46 shots on the season ... finished second with 17 points ... tied for the team lead with two game-winning goals ... converted the team’s only PK attempt in the finale against Appalachian State ... also scored at Charleston Southern (9/2) in the Big South/SoCon Challenge, against South Carolina State (9/19), versus Guilford (10/1), at The Citadel (10/6) and against Furman (10/15) ... game winners came against South Carolina State and Georgia Southern ... posted three assists, including helpers against Guilford, at The Citadel and at Chattanooga (10/20).
High School: Graduated high school early, in December 2005, and enrolled at Wofford for the spring 2006 semester … second Terrier in as many years to do so, following the path of Mary Rea in 2004-05 … began her high school career at Dominican High School in New Orleans … named the school’s MVP and served as its captain … earned regional ODP honorable mention accolades in 2002-03 … garnered first-team All-Louisiana and all-district honors in 2003 … member of the 2002-03 Times Picayune All-Orleans Parish Team following her freshman year … named Most Outstanding Player for Division I Girls at the 2003 Nokia Sugar Bowl state championship game in Dominican’s 3-2 win over Mandeville High School at Tulane’s Tad Gormley Stadium … tallied a hat trick in a 5-0 victory against Chapelle High School in a 2003 district contest … scored twice, including the game winner, in a 4-1 regional playoff match in 2003 over Fontainebleau High School … team was the District 8-1 runner-up that season … a member of the U14 Lafreniere Sting state championship squad … also served as its captain … coached by Tom Gallagher on the U15 Girls Premier Team ... the team won the state championship five times and are part of the Lafreniere Soccer Club … member of Dean’s List … enrolled in honors classes for Latin I & II, English I & II, Algebra I and Physical Science.
