Kaleb Daws joined the Terriers in March of 2022 as the director of football operations and on-campus recruiting. In this role he manages the day-to-day operations of the program. He plans and coordinates team travel, organizes official visits and is a liaison with the compliance office on recruiting. In addition, he oversees the equipment staff.
Daws was the coordinator of football operations and equipment at the University of Nevada from 2017 to 2020. He handled logistics as the team competed in the 2019 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl and the 2018 Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl. He served as the football operations and equipment assistant at Missouri State from 2015 to 2017.
While a student at the University of Oklahoma he worked with the athletic equipment staff. He also completed internships with the Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos and Cleveland Browns. Prior to joining the Terriers he was working for Pontoon Solutions as a senior recruiter.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University. Daws and his wife,Chelsie, have a daughter, Berkley.
