2025-26 (UVA-Wise): Started all 31 games for the Cavaliers… Averaged 14.1 points and 7.8 rebounds… had 57 blocks, including two games with six blocks… All-SAC First team… Helped the team to its first 20-win season since moving to Division II.
 
2024-25 (UVA-Wise): Started each of his 26 games… Averaged a double-double with 14.5 points and 10 rebounds… Blocked 50 shots… All-SAC Second Team and UVA-Wise Male Freshman of the Year… Helped the Cavaliers set a program record with 15 conference wins.
 
2023-24 (UVA-Wise): Did not compete.
 
BEFORE COLLEGE: Mountain 7 District Player of the Year and VHSL All-Region first team in 2023… Helped Abingdon High School to a District Championship with a 20-win season… was VHSL State runners-up in 2021, earning All-State second team.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Christopher Ramsey and Stephanie Monk…Plans to study Finance.
