2015: Competed in seven meets ... Set a personal record with a time of 28:42.2 at the College of Charleston Classic Invitational ... At the Southern Conference Championships posted a time of 29:06.7.
2014: Opened the season with a 18:43.2 in the 5K at Western Carolina ... Had a season-best time of 30:11.5 in the 8K at the Asheville Cross Country Carnival ... Competed at the Southern Conference Championships and finished with a 31:54.22 in the 8K race.

2017 Indoor: Did not compete.
2017 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... At the Southern Conference Championship, ran the 800 meters and was on the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth ... Set a personal best in the 800 meters at the Mountaineer Open and added a personal best in the 1500 meters  at the Beynon Sports Surface Catamount Classic.
2016 Indoor: Competed in five meets, primarily in the 800 meters and mile ... At the Southern Conference Championship, was on the distance medley relay team that was fourth overall and set a new school record ... Also on the 4x400 relay team that set a new school mark ... Set a personal record in the mile at the Samford Open.
2016 Outdoor: Ran in six meets at the 800 and 1500 meter distances ... Member of 4x800 relay team that set a new school record.
2015 Indoor: Competed in six meets ... Finished second in the distance medley relay at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge with a time of 11:02.50 ... Ran the 800m and the distance medley relay at the Southern Conference Championship ... Also ran the 4x400 relay in three meets.
2015 Outdoor: Ran in five meets ... At the Southern Conference Championships, ran a 2:06.44 in the 800m.
