Cross Country
2015: Competed in three meets ... Set a personal best in the 8K at the Asheville Cross Country Carnival with a time of 30:36.1.
2014: At the Upstate Invitational finished in the 8K at 31:23.8 ... Also competed in the Eye Opener and at Western Carolina.
2013: Competed in the 5K at the Eye Opener with a time of 32:09.77.

Track & Field
2016 Indoor/Outdoor: Did not compete.
2015 Outdoor: Ran the 800m at the Winthrop Invitational and the Catamount Classic ... At the Terriers Relays, ran the 4x400 and 4x800 relays.
2014-15 Indoor: Competed in three meets, running the 800m and the 4x400 relay.
2014 Outdoor: Set personal records in the 800m at the Charlotte 49er Classic, 4x400m at the Winthrop Invitational, and DMR at the Terrier Relays.
2013-14 Indoor: Competed at the ETSU Niswonger meet and recorded a time of 11:26.62 in the 800m run.

High School: A two year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Wando High School ... Helped his team finish top five in the state all three years he was part of the team from 2010-2013 ... Member of the 2011 cross country state team ... In track, ran the 800m with a career-best time of 2:10, and the 1600m with a personal best time of 5:00 ...  Recorded a personal best time of 17:40 in the 5K with the cross country team ... Was a member of the National Technical Honor Society ... Member of the SAT Wall of Fame ... Was also involved with the school newspaper and Model United Nations ... In his spare time, volunteered as a cross country and track and field coach, and was a part of the Charleston Youth Leadership Council.
