Cross Country
2015:Competed in four meets ... Set a personal record in the 8K at the Asheville Cross Country Carnival with a time of 28:40.0.
2014: Ran in the Western Carolina Invitational.
2013: Competed in two meets as a freshman... Ran the 8K at the Eye Opener with a time of 31:28.45... At Asheville, recorded a PR time in the 6K crossing the finish line at 23:20.00.

Track and Field
2016 Indoor: Competed in three meets, running the 3,000 meters and the mile.
2016 Outdoor: Set a personal record in the 3,000 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic and added a personal record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Terrier Relays.
2015 Outdoor: Took part in the Terrier Relays, running the 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay.
2015 Indoor:  Did not compete
2014 Outdoor: Ran in three meets, seeing action in the 800m and the 4x400 relay.
2014 Indoor: Participated in three meets, including running the 800m at the Southern Conference Championship ... Finished fifth in the 4x400 at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge.
