2014: Set a personal best of 25:49.5 in the Southern Conference Championships to finish in 26th place ... Was the Terriers’ top finisher in the 5K Western Carolina Invitational (16:17.31) and the Asheville Cross Country Carnival with a time of 26:21.40 in the 8K ... Finished 15th at UNCG with a time of 26:32.2.
2013: Notched his season-best time in the 8K at the Blue Ridge Open with a time of 26:25.20... Ran in the 6K at the Asheville Open recording a time of 19:46.0.
2012: Competed in six different meets during the year ... Recorded his personal best time in the 8K at the Queens Royals Challenge crossing the finish line at 26:10.0 ... Finished in 41st place at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 26:19.91 ... At the NCAA Southeast Regional, he finished with a time of 33:55.50 in his only 10K race of the year to set a personal record.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the season ... Set a PR time of 4:25.26 in the 1500m run at the Southern Conference Championships.
2013-14 Indoor: Had a season-best time in the 3K at the UCS Invitational with a time of 9:11.42 ... Recorded his season-best in the 5K at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 15:30.50.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in five different meets, and eight total events ... Started the season at the Charlotte 49er Classic, and set a school record in the outdoor 5K with a time of 15:18.75 ... At the Southern Conference Championship, he finished 10th in the steeple chase setting a PR with a time of 9:38.83.
2012-13 Indoor: Competed in four meet, and seven total events as a freshman ... While competing at the Tiger Paw, he set a school record and a freshman record in the indoor 3K with a time of 9:01.80 ... At the Southern Conference Championships, he finished 8th in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:58.14, and crossed the finish line at 15:36.86 for a 20th place finish in the 5K.
