Wofford College Athletics

Part of the 2022-23 Regular Season Southern Conference Championship squad, the first-ever SoCon title for any Wofford women’s team sport.

CAREER:Played 74 games with one start… Totaled 160 points, 35 steals, 72 rebounds and 61 assists… Shot 36.6 percent… Missed freshman season due to injury but battled back to return to action for sophomore campaign.

2023-24: Played 28 games with one start, averaging 11.0 minutes per game… Totaled 58 points with 17 steals, 25 assists and 39 rebounds… Shot 27.8 percent from the field… Scored seven points with five assists against Erskine (11/9) … Secured five boards against Emory & henry (12/4) … Scored eight points against Western Carolina (2/8) … Tallied five points at Samford (2/22) … Made first-career start on senior day against Chattanooga (3/2) and scored three points with an assist and three boards in 22 minutes… Scored three points with four rebounds in the opening round of the SoCon Tournament against Samford (3/7).

2022-23: Played 31 games… Scored 81 points (2.6 per game) and added 26 boards, 22 assists and 14 steals… Recorded career-high four rebounds against Southern Wesleyan (11/28) while adding four points… Four assists paced squad against Emory & Henry (12/5) … Led team with career-high four steals at No. 8 North Carolina (12/11) … Was just short of double figures with nine points at Tennessee (12/27) … Dished career-high five assists against Erskine (12/31), adding seven points… Scored career-high 12 points at UNCG (1/14) on 5-of-10 shooting.

2021-22: Played in 15 games with 21 points, seven rebounds and 14 assists… Tied for team lead in assists once… Made first collegiate appearance in the season opener against College of Charleston (11/9), recording a steal… Dished first assists with three in the Preseason WNIT at NC State (11/12) … Scored first points with two against Southern Wesleyan (11/19), also dishing three assists and pulling down first two rebounds… Against Brevard (12/8), posted career-highs in points (seven), minutes (27), assists (four) and steals (three) while tying for the team lead in assists… Added five points against Erskine (1/1) … Scored four points against ETSU (1/29) … In the WNIT at Middle Tennessee (3/17), scored three points and dished an assist.

2020-21: Did not see action.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year member of Woodmont High School’s varsity team and was a team captain all four years ... Part of a team that was ranked second in the region and was awarded numerous accolades her freshman year ... Received All-County, All-Region and All-Sate recognition throughout high school ... A member of the school’s 1,000 point club ... Playing in a total of 77 games, averaged 12.6 points, 2.8 assists, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.9 steals ... Also ranked in the top 10% of her class academically.

PERSONAL: Birthday is September 2... Daughter of Raynard and Marilyn Smith ... Father, Raynard, played basketball at St. Augustine University ... Majoring in finance.
