In 2018, Wofford's inaugural season, the Terriers went 2-15 and 1-4 in Southern Conference play with a team that included 13 freshmen and four juniors. Sisserson helped coach junior defender Monica Branch to a Second Team All-SoCon selection, while freshman Hannah Mutch was also placed on the All-Freshman team. Mutch scored the first goal in program history in the opener and was named SoCon Offensive Player of the Week twice on the year.

From January to May of 2016, she was a marketing and operations intern for Winthrop athletics and in 2013 she spent time helping with Winthrop's gameday operations.

Sisserson has experience coaching at many clinics and camps. She has helped with the AC Lacrosse summer clinics, Winthrop summer camps, Lambert High camps, and was the U-13 (2013) and U-8 (2012) youth Lacrosse Coach in Suwanee, Ga.
