Kellsey Weaver joined Emily Grant's staff at Wofford in the spring of 2023 to start her collegiate coaching career. Prior to joining Wofford, Weaver served as the goalkeeper coach for several clubs in the Metro Atlanta area including Southern Soccer Academy, AFC Lightning, Decatur- Dekalb YMCA, NASA Tophat, and individual private lessons.

Weaver was a four-year starter in goal for Furman University. In her time as a Paladin, she earned a spot on the Southern Conference All-Freshman squad in 2016 and All-Conference teams in the 2017 and 2019 seasons. In her sophomore year, Weaver recorded a personal-best eight saves in a 1-0 victory over Mercer and went on to shut out Samford in the regular season finale to lift Furman to a share of the SoCon regular season title. Weaver earned SoCon player of the month honors in September 2018 after recording 0.68 goals against average. In her four years as a Paladin starter, Weaver maintained a save percentage of .806 and tallied 22 shutouts.Â

A native of Newnan, Georgia, Weaver graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Furman University in 2020.
