2025: Started in all 21 games this season…Was 6-9-6 with a 0.824 save percentage…Finished second in the Southern Conference with 103 saves…Posted a 1.08 goals against average with 6 clean sheets….Recorded her 100^th career save against Richmond (8/24)...Had a shutout, an assist and three saves at Stetson (9/14)…Recorded a career-high of 17 saves and a shutout at Mercer (10/26)...Named SoCon Defensive Player of the Week (10/28). 

2024: Appeared in 16 matches with 15 starts… Was 5-8-2 with a .725 save percentage… Finished third in the SoCon with 87 saves… Posted a 2.32 goals against average with three clean sheets… Had a shutout and six saves at Radford (9/8)… At UNC Asheville (9/12) had seven saves and a clean sheet… Had four saves and a clean sheet at USC Upstate (9/14)… Recorded a career-high 10 saves against VMI in the SoCon Tournament (10/29)… Named SoCon Player of the Week.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Christ the King Catholic High School … For career, had 101 saves and ten shutouts … Won back-to-back NCHSAA 1A state championships in 2022 and 2023 … As a senior, was named All-Conference, All-Region and All-State, along with conference and region goalkeeper of the year recognition … Member of the National Honor Society and involved in student government … Played club soccer with the Charlotte Independence ECNL.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Philip and Kathleen Navola … Planning to major in biology.
